Kboodle for Teachers

Students today grow up with photos, video, and audio at their fingertips. Individual assignments or team projects

Kboodle works however you assign the work.

• Individual assignments: Each student works in their own Kboodle account and builds a story of their own.
• Team projects: One student leads the project, and teammates contribute their research, photos, videos, and audio. Contributor accounts are free and need only an email address, and the project leader decides what’s included in the story.

Assignment ideas

• A grandparent’s life story: Students interview a grandparent, gather old family photos, record the stories in their grandparent’s own voice, and turn it all into an album the whole family will treasure. Relatives can contribute photos and videos they have at home.
• Someone I admire: A life story of someone the student looks up to, past or present, such as a scientist, an author, a world leader, a coach, or a local hero.
• Famous lives in history: Teams research figures like Marie Curie or Abraham Lincoln and tell their stories with photos, documents, and video.
• Historic events: Document the Space Race, a war, or a turning point in your community, using YouTube videos, PDFs, and primary sources.
• Our community: Teams interview local business owners, veterans, or longtime residents and preserve their stories.
• Science in action: Students record experiments, explain results on video, and show how a discovery unfolded over time.

Your school gets one code to share with your students. They enter it when they sign up, and their first year is covered. When the year is up, students can choose to renew at our standard annual rate.
